LUXURIOUS SUMMER SOAKS

Summer means slowing down and relaxing. One of my favorite summer rituals is to soak in a beautiful aroma therapeutic bath. It clears my head and softens my skin all in one!
Here are a few of my favorite soothing, moisturizing bath recipes.

Cooling Lavender Milk Bath: Total relaxation and transformation. 1/2 Cup powdered milk, 1 T. Jojoba, olive or other vegetable oil, 10 Drops Lavender Essential Oil.

Pour the powdered milk and the oil (if desired) directly under running bath water. Add the Lavender Oil immediately before stepping into tub. Swish the water with your hands to mix.

Relax. Submerse your entire body in this moisturizing bath for 20 to 30 minutes.
Voila!! You are in Paris!

Honey Cream Bath: An ultra-pampering, luxurious, hydrating blend to moisturize even the driest skin! All from your kitchen pantry!! 1 cup heavy cream or half and half, 1/2 cup raw honey at room temp.

Pour the cream and the honey together directly under running bath water. Swish with your hands to mix before getting into the tub.

Immerse yourself in this decadent and highly softening bath, a recipe reputed to keep Cleopatra's skin as beautiful as the day she was born.
